Annotation Dashboard

The Annotation Dashboard is the central workspace for viewing, managing, and organizing all annotation projects in Gesund.ai.

1. Key Features

  • Search Bar: Quickly find projects by name or keyword.
  • Upload Annotation: Add annotation files directly to projects.
  • Sort By: Organize projects by Last Viewed, Recently Created, and more.

2. Project Views

You can browse projects using four layout options:

  • Card View (default)
  • Mini Card View
  • List View
  • Table View

Each view provides quick access to project details like modality, anatomy, status, assigned users, and last activity.

3. Sections

  • Annotation Projects: Shows all active projects with relevant tags and metadata.
  • Completed Projects: Filters the dashboard to show only finalized projects. Each card includes key metadata such as title, modality, anatomy, creation date, last activity, and annotator team info. This section helps maintain an organized archive of completed tasks.
  • Create New Project: Allows users to initiate a new annotation project by filling in required details.

Note: The Completed Projects section is not a separate page — it is a filtered view within the dashboard that displays only finalized projects, using the same card/list/table formats.

4. Navigation Tips

  • Use the Search Bar for quickly locating specific projects by name or keyword.
  • Utilize the Sort By dropdown to organize projects based on your preferred criteria.
  • Switch between Card View, Mini Card View, List View, and Table View to adjust how information is presented.

The Annotation Dashboard provides a clear overview of ongoing and completed projects, making it easier to manage and navigate large annotation workflows.
