Archived Projects

The Archived Projects module provides users with a centralized view of all inactive or archived projects in the Gesund.ai platform. This feature ensures that archived projects are safely stored, easily accessible, and can be reactivated or permanently deleted based on future needs.

📂 Accessing Archived Projects​

  • Navigate to the Projects section from the main menu.
  • Select the Archived Projects tab to view all projects that are currently in an archived state.
  • Use the Search Bar and sorting options (e.g., Last Viewed) to quickly locate a specific project.

📋 Project Overview​

  • Each archived project card displays key information:
    • Project Name
    • Associated Models and Datasets
    • Last Modified Date

This layout helps users identify and review previously archived projects with ease.

⚙️ Actions for Archived Projects​

Each project card includes a three-dot menu offering the following management options:

  • Activate Project: Move the project back to active status, making it editable and visible in the main project list.
  • Unarchive Project: Return the project to a non-archived state without fully activating it.
  • Delete Project: Permanently remove the project from the system (action cannot be undone).

🔎 Reviewing Project Details​

Archived project details remain fully accessible for reference purposes:

  • View linked Models, Datasets, Annotations, and Validation Metrics.
  • Users can audit configuration and contents without altering the archived project.
