The Security Settings page provides options to strengthen your account security by enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) and updating your password.
1. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Multi-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security by requiring users to verify their identity using a second device.
- MFA Toggle: Activate or deactivate MFA using the toggle switch.
- Indicators:
- Multi-Factor Authentication: Displays whether MFA is currently enabled or disabled.
- Identity Verification: Indicates if your identity has been successfully verified.
How to Enable MFA
- Turn on the MFA toggle.
- Complete the verification process as instructed on-screen using your mobile device.
It is highly recommended to enable MFA for stronger protection.
2. Advanced Security
This section allows users to update their account password.
- Change Password:
- Click Change to initiate the update.
- Enter your current password, then provide a new secure password.
