Exported Metrics

The Exported Metrics page provides a centralized log of all exported validation reports across the platform. It helps users access past exports, track who performed them, and download files in various formats.

1. Navigation & Context​

  • Navigate via: Validation → Exported Metrics
  • Appears as one of the tabs alongside:
    • Summary
    • Validation Analysis
    • Start Validation
    • External Model Validation
    • Archived Validations

2. Exported Metrics Log Table​

Each row in the table corresponds to a past export and includes the following details:

  • Validation Name: The name of the validation run
  • Dataset: The dataset used during that validation
  • Model: The model applied to the dataset
  • User: Who created the validation
  • Exported By: Who triggered the export
  • Export Time: Timestamp of the export
  • Type: Format (e.g., Word, PDF)
  • Preview: Shows if preview is available (applies to PDF only)
  • Export: A direct download option for the exported file

3. Interactions & Filtering​

  • Column Sorting: Click on column headers like Export Time to sort
  • Filtering: Narrow down by user, dataset, or type to find relevant exports

4. Download Functionality​

  • Use the Export icon in the last column to download the corresponding file
  • Files are saved in their original format (e.g., .docx, .pdf)
  • PDF files may include an embedded preview before download

📁 Use Exported Metrics to keep track of previous exports across validations and ensure reproducibility in documentation workflows.
