Dataset Details

The Dataset Details page provides a central location to view, edit, validate, and analyze datasets in Gesund.ai.

1. Overview​

At the top of the page, users can find key dataset metadata such as:

  • Dataset Name
  • Visibility (e.g., Public or Private)
  • Views Count
  • Modality (e.g., SEG, MRI)
  • Anatomy
  • Validation Status
  • Compatible Models
  • Creation & Last Update
  • Dataset Version
  • Image Format
  • Source Device / Source Hospital
  • Dataset Size and Study Count

2. Dataset Actions​

Quick actions available at the top right:

  • Playground: Open dataset in viewer
  • Start Validation: Launch validation task
  • Download Dataset: Export dataset contents
  • Run Dataset Analysis: Analyze dataset metadata, structure, and stats

3. Dataset Tabs​

The Dataset Details page includes several tabs for dataset inspection and management:

• Overview​

Summary of dataset info, annotation ID, modality, type, format, and origin.

• Image Explorer​

Gallery-style navigation of dataset images. Allows zooming, filtering, and preview.

• Annotation​

Manage annotations: create sets, download or delete existing ones.

• Metadata​

Upload new metadata (clone, CSV, or DICOM-based) and manage current fields.

• Similar Datasets​

See related datasets based on modality, anatomy, and similarity score.

• Journey​

Review chronological steps and operations taken on the dataset (e.g., upload, edits).

• Access Management​

Control dataset visibility and permissions. Add users by email, adjust access levels.

• Lineage​

View the dataset’s versioning and derivation tree, including parent-child dataset links.

• History​

Shows detailed activity log (e.g., imports, metadata uploads, validation attempts).

4. Dataset Options Menu​
