Platform Settings
The Platform Settings module allows administrators to configure key operational settings across the platform. These settings include token management, security enforcement, SMTP setup, and defining the minimum system requirements for using the platform.

1. Activation Token
The Activation Token section lists all access tokens used for platform authentication.

Key Version | Internal versioning info |
Update | Button to refresh or modify the token |
- Update Token: Click the update button to renew token expiration or key details.
2. Security Policies
The Security Policies section allows enforcement of global security rules for all users.

Prevent multiple device login
Restrict account usage to a single device at a time. -
Enforce two-step verification
Enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) for enhanced account protection.
Use toggle switches to enable or disable these rules.
3. SMTP Account
Configure outgoing email via the SMTP Account section. Required for user invitations, verification emails, and notifications.

- Add SMTP Settings: Visible if no SMTP is configured.
- Change SMTP Settings: Appears once an account is set.
SMTP credentials must be valid for proper email delivery.
4. System Requirements
Define the minimum hardware and browser environment needed to run the platform efficiently.

- Supported Browsers: Multiple selections are allowed.
- Save: Click the green Save button to apply the configuration.
This section ensures that users meet the minimum technical criteria before onboarding.
Notes
- Only administrators can modify these platform settings.
- Be cautious when updating SMTP credentials or system requirements, as they affect all users.
- Enforcing MFA and token expiration increases security compliance.
