Stats

The Stats tab under the Data Hub module provides a quick snapshot of all stored data in the platform — including medical imaging files, dataset counts, and storage usage.

Available Metrics​

Each card in this section displays a key aggregate metric:

  • Studies: Total number of unique studies uploaded to the platform.
  • Series: Number of imaging series contained within those studies.
  • DICOM Instances: Total count of individual DICOM files.
  • NIfTI Instances: Number of .nii or .nii.gz files available.
  • Non-Medical Instances: Any non-DICOM files (e.g., PDFs, JPEGs, logs).
  • Local Size: Total storage used by data stored locally.
  • Datasets: Number of curated datasets created via imports or uploads.
  • Migrations: Total number of cross-system migrations performed.

How to Use​

This page is read-only and auto-updated. It’s useful for:

  • Verifying storage utilization
  • Auditing dataset volume growth
  • Reviewing data diversity (e.g., modality types)
